Wake Up Daddy, Wake Up!

Kiley Loves her Daddy! As you can see in the picture below she tries to be just like him. Hat on, remote in one hand and flosser in the other. LOL. Those of you that know Christian know that he flosses ALL of the time. I wish I could get myself to do the same.

Well, the other day Christian fell asleep on the couch and I told Kiley to wake him up for dinner. Watch and enjoy!

Kiley's Birthday

Kiley turned 2. Hurray!! For her birthday she got her very own house from Grandma and Grandpa Towner. She loves it. My knees are already hurting from playing with her all the time. LOL. I had it in the Living room but brought it into the family room since she was more willing to play by herself with it as long as she could see me. This is saving my knees. =)

From my mom and dad she will be getting a homemade giraffe that my mom's friend makes. I attached a picture below. Kiley will get that next month when we fly out to Cali. She loves stuft animals. I made Kiley a blanket, which I fogot to take a picture of and she is currently napping with, so you'll have to see it later.

I had two parties planned for Kiley. We didn't want to do presents or planned activites, just have people over to play with Kiley since without a car we don't get out much. I had some friends from our old ward and then some frineds from our new ward. It was too many kids with everyone combined so I decided to split it in two groups so Kiley would have a birthday weekend and have two times to play. Plus then I could give the girls from my old ward a tour of the house since they've been waiting to see it.

Well, to make a long story short I cancelled the second one. It was just too much for Kiley. There were too many kids for her. Like I said we don't get out much so I think it was overwhelming for her. And I learned that my house is baby proof but not yet kid proof. LOL. I decided I'll just have to have those other friends over one at a time for play dates instead. Kiley would perfer that anyways.
